I am a certified Reiki Practioner practicing under the Usui lineage (having been attuned by 

Libby Barnett). I am therapist and coach with many years of experience in the mental 

health field. 

 

I am a solution-focused life strategist. I blend my considerable abilities and developed 

skills with my innate compassion and empathy to help bring lives back into balance.

I have created a non-judgmental, safe space to support you:  letting go of fear and the 

past in order to move confidently forward on your path to happiness and the true you. 

 

My spiritual journey began years ago; long before I understood my own gifts. I express myself 

genuinely to others, giving and receiving positivity. That energy exchange create bonds, birthing 

an abundance of joy, clarity, and the calm of control. 

 

Without treatment, and when unbalanced, we cannot make prudent decisions and are unhappy 

with ourselves and others. I provide a nonjudgmental, compassionate and supportive safe space 

that fosters the release of negativity and promotes healing of emotional trauma. This spiritual 

cleansing is the first step in manifesting your true path. 

 

As a therapist, coach, and energy healer I am wellness focused, and I am committed to guiding you

I offer the following services:

• Reiki: Healing therapeutic touch involving the channeling of energy. Flushing the negativity from all chakras to restore physical and emotional well-being. The balancing of mind, body, and spirit. Let go of the past and embrace your future!

• Guidance and Soul Search Session: Assessing what works and what doesn't in your life. Ending the bad habits and creating and implementing healthy ones. Learning techniques for stress and anxiety reduction. Take control of your life instead of it controlling you! 

• Absent Reiki: I'm able to interact with people spiritually, no matter how far apart we are physically. I connect with the energetic essence of the situation and individual bringing positive intentions, love, and light. 

• Angel/Spirit Messages: I am also a medium and able to make contact with loved ones that have passed. This often provides closure and relief to those grieving, but also happiness and a sense of peace. Death of the physical body does not terminate the bonds we forge in life. Love transcends all dimensions; we need only look for it.
